Pipes
Wood and metal pipes. The large pipes to be roll-tuned, and the
smaller pipes cone tuned. Minimum nicking. Pitch to be A 440 Hz.
Windchests
Three windchests using the Schmid system. One windchest for the
combined Great and Pedal divisions; one for the Swell Department.
Drawstop Action
The drawstop action to be entirely mechanical.
Key Action
Manual action to consist of central pivoted keys. The Pedal
action to consist of horizontal tracker. The general style of
mechanism would be as in the Builder's current instruments.
Console
Straight and concave pedalboard.
Manual Compass: CC-a 58 notes Pedal Compass:' CCC-f 30 notes
Natural keys overlaid with man-made simulated Ivory, and the
sharps to be of Ebony. The drawstop knobs to be of turned Ebony
with inserted discs of alternative Ivory. The coupler drawstops
to be placed in a group. The Tremulants to be operated by means
of drawstop knobs. Solid adjustable stool.
Wind System
The wind system to consist of a single-rise reservoir. The
reservoir to be placed immediately adjacent to the blower.
Swell Box
Of dense laminate construction. Shutters to be mounted on ball
races to give the optimum crescendo and' diminuendo, with a light
action.
Case
Case in limed oak to match and enhance the interior of the Church.
The Console placed in the base of the instrument; the Great and
Pedal combined windchest at soffit level across the width of the
instrument; Swell Box mounted above the Great and Pedal.
